Registration fee for Participants, Dentists, Students, Assistants and Lab. Technicians includes: Admission to all plenary sessions and masterclasses, live demo and limited Hands-on-workshop, program book, certificate of attendance, welcome reception at NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, all lunches and coffee/tea breaks. Please note: you have to register separately for the congress dinner, Hands-on-workshops and Workshops introduction to the scope. Registration fee for accompanying persons includes: Welcome reception, all lunches and coffee/tea breaks and one selected tour on Friday September 19, 2008. (See Social Program) Cancellation Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the ESMD congress secretariat. Cancellations made before August 15, 2008 will be refunded less 30 % to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress. |
