Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Welcome to the first congress of the European Society of
Microscope Dentistry
2008 ESMD
‘TO SEE OR NOT TO SEE’
The 2008 ESMD meeting in the very heart of Amsterdam, The
Netherlands, presents
worldwide innovations in the use of magnification techniques in
dentistry.
‘To see or not to see’ emphasizes practical applications in
microscope dentistry through hands-on
workshops and masterclasses. Lectures will be presented with the
highest possible clinical
content in all dental disciplines:
1 from preventive and restorative,
2 by ergonomics,
3 through endodontics
4 and periodontics,
5 with photography,
6 to implant dentistry and its periodontal aspects,
7 but also the latest sophisticated 3D radiology,
8 as well as revolutionary 3D optical devices and their
implementation in everyday dentistry.
This is a combination never before seen in Europe - and hardly
ever elsewhere!
These three days in Amsterdam will give participants a 21st
century upgrade in all dental
disciplines.
The ESMD is proud to have found some of the world’s most
impressive lecturers - with
stunning presentations and excellent educational skills - who
are readily prepared to
demonstrate their techniques and explain the details to you -
personally! This is truly a unique
occasion!
The social program allows plenty of opportunities for the
exchange of ideas and opinions,
as well as for meeting your fellow participants. Our location,
particularly at this time of the
year, provides excellent cultural, recreational and
gastronomical attractions. Amsterdam offers
endless possibilities and in this way resembles the future of dentistry!
