1st Congress of the European Society of Microscope Dentistry
Invitation
Dear friends and colleagues,
Amsterdam is one of the most colourful cities in the world. The name is
synonymous
with history, art, culture, friendly and open citizens and attractive to
everyone.
Amsterdam will host the 1st Congress of the European Society of Microscope
Dentistry
2008 from 18 - 20 September 2008 (ESMD 2008).
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to take part in this congress, which will take
place in the very heart of the city. The theme of the congress will be “To
See or not to See”.
The program consists of lectures, workshops and hands-on courses about
microscopic
applications for all dentist disciplines. International co-operation and
exchange of
knowledge between investigators and dentists is absolutely essential to stay in
tune with
the rapidly evolving and highly international field of Microscope Dentistry. At
ESMD
2008 we will emphasize this spirit of collaboration.
Excellent speakers from all over the world, who are working in different fields of dentistry
with the Operating Microscope for many years, will share their expertise. It will be a
compact meeting of 3 days concentrating on the exchange of recent clinical insights and
innovative scientific ideas. On Thursday we will focus on Hands-on courses and
Workshops, followed by 2 days with a plenary morning session and parallel afternoon
sessions with Master classes, Hands-on courses and high standard corporate sessions.
The program is attractive both for the skilled microscope users and beginners.
Updated information can be found on the congress website www.esmd2008.org
We look forward to meeting you in Amsterdam in September 2008.
