<body topmargin="8" leftmargin="20"> <p>The European Society of microscope Dentistry meeting 2008 in Amsterdam.</p> <p>We provide courses for dentists who want to start with the microscope.</p> <p>Development of techniques and equipment for microscope dentistry.</p> <p>The goals of the ESMD are:</p> <p>to organize an international congress about microscope dentistry every two years somewhere in Europe.</p> <p>to introduce the microscope to all dental practitioners.</p> <p>to provide courses for dentists who want to start with the microscope.</p> <p>to provide courses for dentists who already work with the microscope.</p> <p>to provide courses in micro dentistry for dentists who already are skilled in using the microscope.</p> <p>to initiate the implementation of the microscope in dental schools.</p> <p>to stimulate further development of techniques and equipment for microscope dentistry.</p> <p>to enhance communication amongst members.</p><br> <p>1st Congress of the European Society of Microscope Dentistry</p> <p>Invitation</p> <p>Dear friends and colleagues,<br> Amsterdam is one of the most colourful cities in the world. The name is synonymous<br> with history, art, culture, friendly and open citizens and attractive to everyone.<br> Amsterdam will host the 1st Congress of the European Society of Microscope Dentistry<br> 2008 from 18 - 20 September 2008 (ESMD 2008).</p> <p>It is with great pleasure that we invite you to take part in this congress, which will take<br> place in the very heart of the city. The theme of the congress will be “To See or not to See”.<br> The program consists of lectures, workshops and hands-on courses about microscopic<br> applications for all dentist disciplines. International co-operation and exchange of<br> knowledge between investigators and dentists is absolutely essential to stay in tune with<br> the rapidly evolving and highly international field of Microscope Dentistry. At ESMD<br> 2008 we will emphasize this spirit of collaboration.</p> <p>Excellent speakers from all over the world, who are working in different fields of dentistry<br> with the Operating Microscope for many years, will share their expertise. It will be a<br> compact meeting of 3 days concentrating on the exchange of recent clinical insights and<br> innovative scientific ideas.
